Early in life Sue gained a passion for nutrition and fitness, which prepared her for the most deeply intensive training of her life. Her son was born with a neurological disorder that resulted in uncontrolled seizures and severe brain trauma, which left him unable to move voluntarily, eat, or communicate. During the eight years of caring for her son and younger daughter, Sue learned experientially from some of the cutting-edge medical and alternative physicians in the country. After her son’s passing, she continued her exploration into medical nutrition, practicing homeopathy, Ayurveda, and whole foods nutrition within her family and circle of friends and launching a business as a certified Nutrition Counselor, when she helped a man with type 2 diabetes eliminate the need for insulin medications.
A deep desire to assist people in achieving vibrant health led Sue to write her first book, Claim Your Best Body – The Easier Way!.
